Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF) offers mainframe network security and enables SNA and TCP/IP applications running on z/OS® to communicate with partner applications and users on the same or different systems. Users of ISPF can use the ISPF shell environment to create, edit, browse, and perform other functions for files and directories in the z/OS UNIX file system.
