To allow a user to see or change OMVS fields in a RACF® user profile, you can set up field-level access. You can authorize a user to specified fields in any profile or to specified fields in the user's own profile. To authorize users to the OMVS fields in their own profiles, use the ISPF shell, or issue the RACF and PERMIT commands as described in Steps for setting up field-level access.
