Explanation
During initialization, inetd was not able to open
its lock file.
In the message text:
- pidfile
- The name of the inetd lock file, normally /etc/inetd.pid.
- errdesc
- Error description associated with the errno returned from open() .
- reason_code
- The reason code returned to open().

the open of the file and restart inetd.
