Multiple resolution printers

Two multiple resolution modes are now supported by PSF. This support is for printers that:

• Can be manually switched from one resolution to another (switchable resolution mode).
• Accept print data even though it was not formatted for the particular resolution of the printer (automatic or auto-resolution mode).
