Specifying format resolution in the print data stream

Applications that generate Map Coded Font Format 2 (MCF2) structured fields (such as DCF or OGL) can now add a font resolution and metric technology triplet (X'84') in the MCF2. This triplet tells PSF what resolution was used to format this print data. For more information about the triplet, see the Mixed Object Document Content Architecture Reference, AFPC-0004.
