Installing

You must install the Dispatcher on the same Security Directory Integrator server where you want to install the adapter.

Multiple Security Directory Integrator-based adapters installed on the same Security Directory Integrator server can use the same Dispatcher. However, you must install a Dispatcher on each Security Directory Integrator server on which you want to install an adapter.

Note:

Before you install this version of the Dispatcher, you must uninstall earlier versions. You cannot run the Dispatcher installer on an existing installation.
During upgrade, the Dispatcher installer does not request an instance name and port number.
To run the Dispatcher installer on non-Windows systems, you must have execute permissions on the ps command.
