Installing multiple offerings
The IBM® Performance Management offerings enable you to
start with any offering and install another offering. Any existing configurations and customizations
are kept intact. Back up all of the server components before you install a new offering.

The backup.sh script that you run to back up the server configuration completes an online backup of the DB2® database. If the database is not configured for online backup, an offline backup is completed and the DB2 instance is temporarily stopped.
