Logging in to Order Hub
When you are added as an Order Hub user, you can log in to Order Hub by using your IBMid.
Before you begin
- A tenant administrator must add you as a user. For more information, see Managing users.
- Ensure that you are using a supported browser.
Procedure
You need an IBMid account to log on to Order Hub.
Troubleshooting:
After you log in, if you encounter any errors that state that an associated user cannot be found
in Sterling
Order Management System, do the following steps:
- Verify how your IBMId is displayed at the upper right corner of the Order Hub UI.
- Ensure that the same IBMid is specified in the Applications Manager UI in the Email field under the contact address of the Sterling Order Management System user under Security > Users.
- Use the same email ID, with the exact case, to log on to Order Hub.
What to do next
If you are assigned the fulfillment manager user role, you can create workspaces to monitor your network performance. After you create a workspace, the workspace that you set as your default workspace is displayed as the first and active workspace when you open Order Hub.
You can also view the nodes and orders within the workspace and take appropriate business actions.
