Deploying IBM Workload Automation in IBM Cloud Private

The IBM Workload Automation Agent, the IBM Workload Automation Server, and the IBM Workload Automation Console containers can be deployed into IBM Cloud Private, an application platform for developing and managing on-premises, containerized applications.

IBM Cloud Private provides an integrated environment for managing containers that includes the container orchestrator Kubernetes, a private image repository, a management console, and monitoring frameworks. With IBM Cloud Private, you can deploy the IBM Workload Automation containers as Helm charts to quickly configure and run them as Docker container applications in a Kubernetes cluster. You can then manage the IBM Workload Automation containers from the IBM Cloud Private dashboard or from the command line interface.

IBM Workload Automation containers are based on a per job license (for further details, see License Management in IBM License Metric Tool).
