Upgrading to Tivoli Storage Manager Version 7.1.3
You can upgrade a Tivoli® Storage Manager V5 or V6 server to V7.1.3.

To revert to an earlier version of Tivoli Storage
Manager after an upgrade or migration, you must have a full database backup and the installation software for the original server. You must also have key configuration files:
- Volume history file
- Device configuration file
- Server options file
- dsmserv.dsk file (for a server upgrade or migration from V5 to V7.1.3)
