There is a problem accessing the recall daemon lock file.
TSM cannot determine whether the recall daemon is running. Because the recall daemon is needed to perform file recalls, the recall fails.
Check with the system administrator. The recall process needs read access to the /etc/adsm/SpaceMan/dsmrecalld.pid file.
