Verifyimage

Use the verifyimage option with the restore image command to specify that you want to enable detection of bad sectors on the destination target volume.

If bad sectors are detected on the target volume, Tivoli® Storage Manager issues a warning message on the console and in the error log.

Supported Clients

AIX operating systems HP-UX operating systems Linux operating systems Oracle Solaris operating systems This option is valid for AIX®, HP-UX, all Linux clients, and Solaris only. The Tivoli Storage Manager client API does not support this option.

Windows operating systems This option is valid for Windows 32-bit clients only. The Tivoli Storage Manager client API does not support this option.
