Explanation
A namespace reference cannot be resolved. DFHWS2LS or DFHSC2LS has attempted to use the URI from the namespace to resolve the reference but has not been able to do so. This may be because a HTTP proxy service has not been specified or because there is no content available at the location implied by the URI. The URI is uri.

Specify the location of the HTTP proxy to use via the HTTPPROXY parameter. If the correct proxy has already been specified or if there is genuinely no content available at the location implied by the URI then add a schemaLocation XML attribute to the WSDL or schema in order to allow the namespace to be resolved.
