      The CICS handling program, DFHPICA, for the 'http://www.ibm.com/xmlns/prod/cics/bundle/SCACOMPOSITE' type failed to create resource resource_name in the BUNDLE resource bundle_name due to an error in the contents of SCDL. The binding binding_name tried to wire to a service or reference that had already been wired. Each service or reference can only be the target of one wire.
