When you enable a profile the status of the profile changes from Inactive to Active, and
the profile immediately becomes available to users who are assigned that profile (either currently
logged on users or to users who subsequently log on).
Procedure

Click .

Click the name of a profile.

Click Edit.

Click Enable.
The status changes to Active.
Alternatively, from the list of profiles, you can select the box next to one or more profiles and
click Enable.
