Deleting a profile

You can delete a profile.

Important: If you delete a profile, it immediately disappears from the system and you cannot retrieve it. It is immediately unavailable to currently logged in users or to users who subsequently log in. If you are not sure if you might need the profile again, disable it instead.

For users with multiple profiles, the current profile becomes the first profile in the alphabetical list of their allowed profiles. If you delete the only profile that is assigned to a user, the user can still log in using the fallback profile if one exists and is enabled. For more information, see Setting a default or fallback profile

Procedure

  1. Click Administration menu > Solution Configuration > Profiles.
  2. Select the box next to each profile you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Delete to confirm the deletion.
