GDPR readiness
From May 2018, the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies not only to organizations
that are located in the European Union (EU), but also to organizations
that are located outside of the EU if they offer goods or services
to, or monitor the behavior of, EU data subjects residing in the EU,
regardless of the organization's location.

Certain IBM BPM configuration options and settings are required for GDPR readiness. - Developing GDPR-ready process applications
When developing applications special consideration needs to be given to personal data, where it is stored, how it is retrieved, where it is used, and how it can be deleted or anonymized. You must also secure and restrict access to applications that handle sensitive data. - GDPR-related administrative tasks
To be able to comply with requests to provide or delete the personal data that IBM BPM has stored about an IBM BPM user, the following administrative tasks are supported.
