Creating usage reports

You can view information about usage on your IBM® BPM on Cloud instance. You can also generate reports about user volume over periods that you specify.

Before you begin

To create usage reports, you must have the Account Administrator role.

About this task

A user is anyone with access to the IBM BPM on Cloud service, including administrators, developers (authors), testers, business users. Users are tracked as they log in to the service. Usage reports help you to understand both your actual usage of the service and how usage varies over a period. At any time, you can see the number of available users that your licence covers, and the number of users that are currently logged into the instance.

Procedure

You create user reports in the Reports window:

  1. Log in to IBM BPM on Cloud (https://www.bpm.ibmcloud.com).
  2. Click Admin > Reports.
  3. Select the report type and the reporting period, then click Update to generate the usage report.

Results

A graphical report shows the usage information that you selected over the period you specified.
