Managing work for teams with the Team Performance dashboard

If you are a team manager, you can manage the work of the teams that you are responsible for from the Team Performance dashboard in Process Portal.

Before you begin

You must be of a member of a team of managers to view data in the Team Performance dashboard.

About this task

The dashboard gives you the following information:
  • An overview of the team's overall workload
  • A breakdown of the workload for each team member

From the dashboard, you can reassign tasks to balance the workload between team members.
