View display states to administer or debug business state
machine instances.
Before you begin
Initialize the display state variable in
Integration Designer and save
the module. Deploy the module to the server.
About this task
The display state variable allows you to view the current
state of an active business state machine instance. For example, if
a business state machine instance is not responding as expected, you
can view the active business state machine instance to determine the
current state and debug the problem. You need the values of the correlation
set properties of that active business state machine instance. To
view the current state of an active business state machine instance,
do the following in Business Process Choreographer Explorer.
Procedure
- Under Process Templates, select
the process template that represents your business state machine.
- Under Process Template Name select
your process template and click Instances to
view all existing instances still active in your system.
- For each instance, click the instance and then click the Query
Properties tab to view the correlation set properties
and display states under Property Name.
