Creating or augmenting stand-alone profiles with an SQL Server
database server
You can create profiles using the
Profile Management Tool or the manageprofiles command-line
utility. You can augment an existing profile instead of creating a
new one if you have an existing WebSphere® Application
Server V8.0 profile.
Preparing the SQL Server database server
During the profile creation or augmentation process,
you can choose to configure the Process Server database, Performance
Data Warehouse database, and Common database. Alternatively, you can
configure the databases using a design file that was generated by
the database design tool.
