Overview

The strategic facility planning overview flowchart describes the high-level overview of the strategic facility planning process as delivered by the TRIRIGA® application. The first phase identifies the strategic facility planning portfolio setup. The second phase identifies the strategic facility planning application setup. The third phase identifies the planning setup and forecasts. Finally, after all of the setup is done, the fourth phase identifies the planning hierarchy of portfolio plans, space plans, and scenarios.
