Service fulfillment overview

The service fulfillment overview flowchart describes the high-level overview of the maintenance and service process as delivered by the TRIRIGA® application. The first phase identifies the service management setup. The second phase identifies the management of service requests and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules. The third phase identifies the creation of projects and tasks. The fourth phase identifies the assignment of projects and tasks to service providers. The fifth phase identifies the assignment of service resources to complete projects and tasks. The sixth phase identifies the management and fulfillment of project and task work details.
