Synchronize Changes with Talent Gateways
When edits have been made to a Talent Gateway form or a Talent Gateway, it is necessary to sync those changes with your Talent Gateways. This ensures that any changes are posted as soon as possible for any new reqs. The Talent Gateways rely on XML files that store candidate and req information, forms, and the Talent Gateway setup. A Data Subscription Tool propagates Talent Gateway data to BrassRing.

The synchronization process automatically starts every three hours and should process any changes made to the Talent Gateways in Workbench without having to manually synch. However, there might be a window of time before it finishes so it is recommended to manually synchronize Talent Gateways to avoid a delay.

Synchronize Changes with Talent Gateways
  1. Select Tools > Forms > Candidate forms.
  2. Select Actions > Synchronize changes with Talent Gateways.

  3. The updated information is sent to your Talent Gateways.
  4. Select OK.
Synchronize Changes with Global Talent Gateways
  1. Select Tools > Forms > Candidate forms.
  2. Select the Global Site ID for the gateway.
  3. Select Actions > Synchronize changes with Talent Gateways.
  4. The updated information is sent to your Talent Gateways.
  5. Select OK.
