Log in and out of Agency Manager
  • Logins are defined by the organization that maintains the Agency Manager.
  • If you have access to more than one of an organization's Agency Managers, use the same email address and password to gain access to all Agency Managers for that organization.
  • Email addresses and passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Organizations cannot see or access your Agency Manager password.
Process
Log in to Agency Manager
  1. Enter the URL for the Agency Manager into your browser.
  2. In a Global Agency Manager, select the language by using the Language pull-down. The Language field is not visible if you are not accessing a Global Agency Manager.
  3. Enter your email address, with a maximum length of 255 characters.
  4. Enter your Password. Password must have a minimum of 8 characters, and include at least one special character.
  5. Select Sign in.
  6. The Welcome Screen opens. The Welcome Screen contains information about the organization whose Agency Manager you are accessing. It might be updated periodically. In a Global Agency Manager, you can select the language by using the Language pull-down.
Log out of Agency Manager
  1. Select Logout.
  2. Close the browser session.

Reset your password
  1. Select Forgot password on the login page.
  2. In the Forgot password window, enter your email address.
  3. Select Submit.
  4. An email is sent to the email address with a password reset link.
  5. Select the link in the email and follow the instructions to reset the password.

If you log in to Agency Manager, change your password and log out, when you log in again with your new password (in the same session) the Forgot password link is not available. To change your password a second time, select Forgot password and follow the instructions.
