If you configure an IBM® CMIS for
Enterprise Content Management web application, you must specify the authentication method that
client applications use when sending requests to the IBM CMIS
for Enterprise Content Management web application.
Before you begin
This task assumes that you have a configuration profile open
in the IBM Content
Navigator Configuration and Deployment
Tool.
Procedure
To configure the IBM CMIS client authentication
method:
- Open the following task in your configuration profile: Configure the IBM CMIS
Client Authentication Method.
- Complete the task to deploy the web application by using the values that you entered in the
Worksheet for configuring the IBM CMIS authentication method.
- Click Next to run the task.
If you are manually running the tasks in the IBM Content
Navigator Configuration and Deployment Tool, you can take
one of the following actions:
- Click Run Task to run the task now. This option is
recommended because it makes it easier to troubleshoot and resolve problems if they
occur.
- Wait until all of the tasks are complete and then click Run All
Tasks to run all of the tasks that are required to configure and deploy
the web application.
