With IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot for Windows Version 8.1.9, you can use mailbox browser with Outlook 2013.

Transport Layer Security (TLS) parameter ENFORCE_TLSMAX

The IBM Spectrum Protect Snapshot for UNIX and Linux profile parameter ENFORCE_TLS12 is replaced by ENFORCE_TLSMAX in V8.1.9. When ENFORCE_TLSMAX is enabled, the TLS protocol version 1.3 is enforced. In future releases it might enforce a higher TLS version. The profile automatically converts ENFORCE_TLS12 to ENFORCE_TLSMAX when the profile is updated by using the profile wizard.
