Delete client nodes, node groups, and file spaces from retention sets

With IBM Spectrum® Protect Version 8.1.11, you can delete individual client nodes, node groups, and file spaces from a retention set. With this enhancement, you no longer have to delete the entire retention set when you want to delete only a client node, node group, or file space.

To delete client nodes, node groups, or file spaces from a retention set, issue the DELETE RETSET command with appropriate parameters.

Attention: If you do not specify a node, node group, or file space, the entire retention set is deleted. If you specify a node or node group but do not specify a file space, all file spaces that are members of that node or node group are deleted.
