HWSSOAP1 return and reason codes

HWSSOAP1 return and reason codes are sent to the client in the request service message (RSM) fields RSM_RETCOD and RSM_RSM_RSNCOD.

HWSSOAP1, the user message exit for XML conversion, issues the return and reason codes, shown in Table 1 and Table 2.
