Ensure that no utility jobs are running
In Db2 12, you can restart or terminate a utility only on the same release on which it was started.
About this task
Outstanding utility jobs started in Db2 11 cannot be restarted or terminated after migration to Db2 12.
Immediately before you begin the migration process, ensure that you do not have outstanding utility jobs.
Procedure
To ensure that you do not have outstanding utility jobs:
Issue the DISPLAY UTILITY(*) command.
