Accessibility
Accessibility features help users with physical disabilities, such as restricted mobility or limited vision, to use software products successfully. Jazz® for Service Management supports different user interfaces for its integration services, such as IBM® Dashboard Application Services Hub and IBM Cognos® Business Intelligence components that are accessed from IBM Tivoli® Common Reporting.

The major accessibility features in this offering enable users in the following ways:
- Use assistive technologies, such as screen-reader software and digital speech synthesizer, to hear what is displayed in the window. Consult the product documentation of the assistive technology for details on using those technologies with this offering.
- Operate specific or equivalent features by using only the keyboard.
- Magnify what is displayed in the window.
