Application development and deployment options

Various application development and deployment options are provided by the SPL compiler, sc command.

Compile-time arguments
The SPL compiler, sc command, supports arguments that are passed in at compile time.
Submission-time values
SPL supports submission-time values, which are arguments that are specified at the time of application launch.
