Enabling condition codes and condition rates on items
- You can enable condition codes and condition rates on items and rotating items to help track the costs of items as their physical conditions change. Assign codes and their rates in the Details page of an item.
Application data import and export
- Administrators can configure applications to enable import and export of flat file and JSON data. One use of this feature is to import a large number of records to the product, such as asset records.
Service request enhancements
- Service request administrators can limit the data that agents choose from when they create service requests. The data can be limited to include only site-specific information, like categories, people, locations, and assets that are associated with the user's default insert site.
