User response
Use one of the following responses:
- N
- To specify a normal IPL.
- D
- To specify a destructive IPL; that is, to destroy the loosely coupled.
- T
- To end the IPL.
- I
- To indicate that you want to be prompted for image selection.
- C
- To indicate that you want to be prompted for image selection and the ZCORO command response for commit log recovery. If there is a hang or loop condition during log recovery that prevents the system from completing an IPL, this action can give you an opportunity to initialize the recovery log and continue through restart. This option is available only on the first processor to restart in a loosely coupled complex when an external locking facility is not available.
