The following provides an overview of the event message format and defines the detailed event message format and parameters that are returned for each of the instrumentation events supported by z/TPF MQSeries®.
The following event messages and event data structures are supported by z/TPF MQSeries:
- Alias Base Queue Type Error
- Channel SSL Error
- Channel Started
- Channel Stopped
- Channel Stopped By User
- Get Inhibited
- Put Inhibited
- Queue Depth High
- Queue Depth Low
- Queue Full
- Queue Manager Active
- Queue Manager Not Active
- Queue Service Interval High
- Queue Service Interval OK
- Remote Queue Name Error
- Transmission Queue Type Error
- Transmission Queue Usage Error
- Unknown Alias Base Queue
- Unknown Object Name
- Unknown Remote Queue Manager
- Unknown Transmission Queue.
Event messages contain information about the instrumentation event and
the origin of the event. Typically, these messages are processed by a system
management application program that is tailored to meet the requirements of
the site where it runs. Event messages have the following two parts:
- Message descriptor
- Message data.
