are from different versions and releases of IMS.

  Processing ends with a return code of 16.

User response
 Ensure that the following IMS provided modules are all at the same IMS version/release level: DFSUACB0,
DFSUAMB0, DFSDLBL0, and DFSVC000. If the error persists, contact IBM® Software Support.
