Explanation
 An error occurred while a PDS or PDSE directory
entry of member member was being added, updated,
or deleted  in the DBDSRC or the PSBSRC data set. nnnn is
the system abend code, and mmmm is the reason code.

System action
  The DBD/PSB/ACB Reversal utility
ends abnormally.
