FABL2033E UNKNOWN RECON LISTING FOUND

Explanation
 To obtain DBRC information, the Consistency Checker utility
 linked internally to the DBRC utility DSPURXRT.  However, an unknown
RECON listing was found.

System action
  The Consistency Checker utility
ends abnormally.

 Check the cause of the error. Correct the problem,
and rerun the program.
