HPSR3810E OPEN FAILED FOR DDNAME: `ddname`

Explanation
 After an OPEN macro was issued to open the non-VSAM
data set that is associated with ddname, DCBOFLGS
was not zero.

System action
 IMS HP Load
issues a user 3810 abend.

User response
 Ensure that the DD statement associated with ddname specifies
the correct data set. Correct the error and rerun the job.
