HPSR3698E DFSUINPT OPEN FAILURE OCCURRED

Explanation
 IMS HP Load
was unsuccessful in attempting to OPEN the HD unloaded data set (DFSUINPT
DD).

System action
 Module HPSRHDLD or HPSRRLDM issues a user 3698
abend.

User response
 Ensure that a DFSUINPT DD statement exists in
the JCL. If there is, check the JCL system messages to find the reason
for the unsuccessful OPEN.
Correct the error and rerun the job.
