Explanation

IMS Sysplex Manager error recovery attempted to issue an SDUMP macro/service to capture diagnostic information for the ABEND abend in the message. The SDUMP macro/service returned a nonzero return code retcode. The SDUMP reason code rsncode is also included in the message.

System action

The SDUMP failure has no impact on any IMS Sysplex Manager address space.
