RTE_X_SMS_MGMTCLAS_SHARE
This PARMGEN-only parameter specifies whether the shared data sets are to be managed by SMS and therefore it is necessary to specify the SMS storage class to be used for the allocation of VSAM data sets.

- For shared data sets owned by the RTE_SHARE set of read-only libraries and managed by SMS, specify the SMS management class to be used for allocating the non-VSAM shared data sets. If your site does not require the SMS MGMTCLAS parameter, leave the parameter value blank.
