Navigation Hook

Provides a means to intercept navigation and allow custom processing to be added between the click of a result and navigation to the related page.

The custom processing, once complete, must hand control back to Smart Navigator to complete the navigation.

For example, the navigation hook could be used to present important information to the caseworker and could aslo include some caseworker interaction, such as acknowledging the information has been seen or answering some questions.
