IBM Cúram Universal Access

IBM Cúram Universal Access provides a configurable citizen-facing application that enables agencies to offer a web self-service solution to their citizens. You can customize Universal Access to provide your own custom citizen-facing web application. You can now choose to use the newer IBM Universal Access Responsive Web Application instead of the classic Universal Access client application.

Universal Access with the IBM Universal Access Responsive Web Application

The Universal Access Responsive Web Application uses modern technologies, such as React JavaScript, and the IBM Social Program Management Design System to enable citizens to better access services in a browser from desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

The client web application is provided as the IBM Universal Access Responsive Web Application asset, which is updated at more regular intervals than IBM Cúram Universal Access and the IBM Cúram Social Program Management Platform platform on the SPM server and has its own version numbering scheme.

Note:
  • From IBM Universal Access Responsive Web Application 2.7.0 onwards, new features, and server-side enhancements and defect fixes, are supported only in the most recent IBM Cúram Social Program Management version line.
  • The IBM Universal Access Responsive Web Application 2.6 line continues to be supported for security updates and critical defect fixes only on older compatible version lines of IBM Cúram Social Program Management, that is, 7.0.4 -7.0.9.

For the most recent online documentation for the 2.6 line, see IBM Cúram Universal Access in the 7.0.9 Knowledge Center. For previous versions in PDF format, see IBM Universal Access Responsive Web Application PDFs in the IBM Cúram Social Program Management PDF library.

Universal Access with the classic client application
