Windows Issues

The cleaner will sometimes encounter permission problems on Windows. In some systems, the web service has permission to read and write files in the tmp_dir directory but it does not actually have permission to list the contents of this directory. Since the cleaner cannot see what is in the temporary directory, it will not be able to clean the files.

To solve this problem, create a new directory to hold the temporary files used by Watson™ Explorer Engine, and set tmp_dir appropriately.
