Traditional: Managing subscriptions and monitoring toolkit (deprecated)

You can manage subscriptions and monitor all shared toolkits.

Before you begin

Ensure each toolkit that you want to manage and monitor is shared with other process centers.

Procedure

As a toolkit subscriber, you can manage your subscriptions by checking for updates to the toolkit that you are subscribed to. To check for updates to your subscriptions, complete the following steps:

  1. In Process Center, select the Toolkits tab to display the list of toolkits.
  2. Click Snapshots.

Results

In the same view as the snapshot, you see the Where used information, which lists the local and remote projects that use the shared toolkit and the snapshot.

Procedure

You can view information about a toolkit that you share with other process centers. For example, you can determine the number of applications or toolkits that use the toolkit and which process centers are using the toolkit. To monitor toolkits, complete the following steps:

  1. In Process Center, select the Toolkits tab to display the list of toolkits.
  2. Select Snapshots > Check for updates.
