Analyzing business data with IBM Business Automation Insights

You can use IBM® Business Automation Insights to capture the events generated by IBM Business Automation Workflow business processes and cases, aggregate them into business-relevant KPIs, and display them on meaningful dashboards to analyze your business data.

Business Automation Insights is available within the IBM Automation Platform for Digital Business that collects and continuously feeds end-to-end business data from one or more platform components (such as IBM Business Automation Workflow) into a data lake. 19.0.0.2 If you use Performance Data Warehouse to analyze process performance, you can prime Business Automation Insights with historical process-related data to give you more meaningful data for your Business Automation Insights dashboards. Use the Business Automation Workflow POST /std/bpm/historical_data_playback Operations REST API to play back the process-related data in Performance Data Warehouse, generate the corresponding events, and transfer them to Business Automation Insights for further processing.
