Troubleshooting issues with Azure AD integration

- Why am I receiving authentication prompts after successful authentication?
- MaaS360® requires that the application is configured as multi-tenant during the app registration. The support for single tenant is planned for future releases. If an end-user receives authentication prompts after successfully authenticating to a service (Office 365 Mail, SharePoint, or OneDrive), administrators must ensure that the application is registered to multi-tenant (accounts in any Azure AD directory) instead of single tenant (accounts in this directory only).Follow these steps to convert a registered application from single tenant to multi-tenant:
- Open the registered app in the Microsoft Azure portal.
- Click the Supported account types link.

- Change the account type from single tenant to multi-tenant.

- Click Save.
