Follow these steps to troubleshoot any issues with certificate
integration.
Procedure
- View the logs at C:\%ProgramData%\MaaS360\Cloud
Extender\logs\EMSAgent_YYYY_MM_DD.log.
- Search for PKIE-CERTACT.
- Run the Cloud Extender® Diagnostic
Logs Collection Tool by following these steps:
- Log in to the Cloud
Extender server.
- Go to C:\Program Files(x86)\MaaS360\Cloud
Extender.
- Double-click DiagnosticCmd.exe.
A compressed file is generated on your desktop.
- Contact IBM® Support
to troubleshoot the issue.
