Applying fix packs

Product fix packs contain bundled service to bring Sterling Order Management System Software up to a new product level.

A fix pack contains updates and fixes for problems found during testing at IBM, as well as fixes for problems that are reported by customers.

Fix packs are cumulative; the latest fix pack for any given version contains all of the updates from previous fix packs. You can update the product with the fixes that are available by preparing your environment, downloading, and installing the recommended fix pack.
